Rachael Yamagata at the Iron Horse Music Hall
Iron Horse Entertainment/IHEG – Woodstock-based artist Rachael Yamagata brings her Songs – Stories – Solo tour to Northampton's Iron Horse Music Hall. Known for her soul baring, gut punching songs of love lost, perseverance and triumph though the human condition, Yamagata has chosen intimate venues and a living room style philosophy to further invite her audience closer in. Her songs invoke the storytelling vibe of the 70s and integrate flavors of Carole King, Rickie Lee Jones, and Bonnie Raitt while modern comparisons often find her in line with past collaborators Ryan Adams and Ray LaMontagne. Her shows are dynamic, often comedic and cathartic and are sure to keep you warm and cozy this winter.
