Letters to Santa
Allen Parks and Recreation – Children can write a letter to Santa and drop it in one of his mailboxes located at two of Allen's recreation facilties! Letters will be delivered to Santa, and he will send a personal letter to your home! Letters must be received by Dec. 11 at Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium or Joe Farmer Recreation Center. Little Learner's Preschool Camp
Central YMCA Family Center – "I may be small, but I am fierce!" Each day children will have activities centered around the following: 11/20/17 - Bravery 11/21/17 - Kindness 11/22/17 - Being Grateful Join us for preschool camp! Little Learners is a half-day camp open to ages 3-5 with a full family membership. Sessions are taught by instructors with experience in childcare. Family Yoga Classes!
Pure Synergy Wellness Studio – Partner poses are emphasized, ensuring great bonding time. We'll also include group poses, challenging poses, and play fun yoga games, all while building confidence and self-esteem, as well as a strong and healthy bodies. Self-expression through yoga is encouraged. This class promises fun for the whole family because you can do yoga together forever! 3pm class is 45 minutes for ages 4 - 7 and 4pm class is 60 minutes for kids ages 8 and up. Cost is $10 per person. Please register for each person attending.

Carol of Lights 2017
Grapevine Parks & Recreation – Join all the Who’s in Whoville as they help Grapevine launch their Whobilation at its NEW location at City Hall and sing in the holiday season in the Christmas Capital of Texas! Your favorite characters the Chilly Dawgs and Mrs. Claus will be joining in on this wonderful entertaining presentation of singing, dancing and lighting the entire town! Show up at 5pm to enjoy taking photos with reindeer, creating seasonal crafts and savoring tasty food vendors. Then at 7pm we’ll enjoy the spirit of Christmas as the Mayor “flips the switch” illuminating all historic downtown, all while hoping The Grinch doesn’t try to steal our spirit! Free to the community and no tickets necessary. All ages are welcome. Activities will begin at 5pm and the program will begin at 7pm. Dream Court Dedication
Carrollton, Texas - Where Connections Happen – Nancy Lieberman Charities and Covenant Church are teaming with the Carrollton Texas Police Department to dedicate a Dream Court to foster the relationship between officers and the communities they serve. The new court, the 19th Dream Court in 2017, will open in Carrollton at Martha Pointer Park, 2100 Rockwood Dr., Carrollton, Texas 75007 Dream Courts™ multipurpose play spaces are built in underserved communities so children have a safe area to shoot hoops, socialize and learn about teamwork and good sportsmanship.
