A Walk in Their Shoes
UT Dallas Interfraternity Council – The Interfraternity Council invites you all to join us in this event for Sexual Assault Awareness Month. We will meet in the SU Faculty Dining Hall. Turning Point, as well as some of the other student services, will host a booth at the event, with a brief presentation about sexual assault awareness. All students are welcome to participate, not just the men of IFC. We will be walking through the SU, taking a look at the Clothesline Project shirts hung on the wall, and then proceeding around the reflecting pools as done in the past. As of now, we only have the heels to walk in, but we appreciate donations of new or gently used shoes of all shapes and sizes, and in the future we hope to represent all walks of life. While walking, we hope you will take the time to reflect on sexual assault and what you as an individual and what we as a society can do to help eliminate assault culture.
