Yoga Journey Week of Giving!
Yoga Journey – Last year, we committed to raising $5,000 to fund an entire year of weekly programming for at risk youth right here in our backyards. We are halfway to our goal need we need your help! Yoga Journey is sponsoring a program at Place of Hope; a center focused on supporting and rescuing abused and neglected youth. We will be funding Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness to children/teens in need here in Boca. For ONE WEEK this month, we are putting all of our love and light towards raising the remainder of the funds so we can make this program happen. We are calling on our entire community to join us! We will have a basket at the front desk where you can leave a cash or check donation (made out to Connection Coalition). Adventure Awaits - Namaste-Yoga in the Natural Areas
Palm Beach County Department of Environmental Resources Management – FREE EVENT Join us during sunset for some unwinding, lake side, under the oak trees! Participants will be led on a short hike to the wetlands at Yamato Scrub Natural Area where Certified yoga instructor Radha Devi will lead the group in a 45-minute Hatha yoga session. Total hiking distance is approximately 1/2 mile. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and shoes to hike to the yoga spot.
