Food Truck Invasion – Of course, we're coming back. Once again we'll be heading to Okechobee with a Food Truck Invasion. Every last Tuesday of each month. Upcoming dates: July 25th Come show your support tonight and we can bring more trucks next month! More details will follow but if this is your first time to a Food Truck Invasion here is what you need to know: This is a huge outdoor picnic where food trucks of different origins and cuisine prepare food that is cooked to order. It’s not fast food, as the majority of the trucks are run by regional chefs. A great deal of fusion cuisine, comfort foods and sweet treats to choose from will be available by a selection of about 20 food trucks. Be sure to bring your folding chairs or blankets to picnic in the immediate area. *list subject to change without notice
