Release and Restore
Yogaterrium – Join Ashley Flippin on Saturday, July 29th from 10:00 AM-11:30 AM for a relaxing practice designed to cultivate health and happiness. Fascia, the connective tissue surrounding our muscles, bones, joints, and organs, is a common source of built up tension and discomfort. Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Through myofascial release, we will hydrate and lengthen the fascia as we work towards a more effective neuromuscular system, increased mobility, and decreased pain. A deeply restorative yoga practice will follow as we let go of accumulated stress and invite mindfulness into mind, body, and spirit. Workshop Pricing $25 or Sign-up with a friend $40 for both.
