This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Yoga sculpt strengthens, balances and exhilarates the body and mind. Light weights are used for a full body lift. Plyometrics are part of the practice. This class is a balance of both strength and conditioning as well as a slow flow vinyasa. All levels are welcome!

FVSO Concertmaster Series - September
Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra – Join us at Riverview Gardens for our Concertmaster Series, showcasing our musicians performing complex chamber pieces in a warm, relaxed setting where we can all get closer to the music. Current Young Professionals Network – Current’s annual Leaders Luncheon brings together community leaders and young professionals in a celebration of programming accomplishments from the past year. Invited community leaders are placed at each table to allow an opportunity for young professionals to meet and interact with those who have significantly more leadership experience. Additionally, leaders are provided an opportunity to learn about the needs of area young professionals while Current discusses important issues and program initiatives related to our mission. Guest Speaker: Robyn Y. Davis is President and CEO of Brown County United Way, a center for community-based strategies that engages the Brown County, Wisconsin community and strengthens local nonprofits to achieve measureable results and change lives. Robyn began serving in that role in May, 2017. Prior to joining Brown County United Way, Robyn led Freedom House Ministries, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to equipping families in Brown County with the skills and resources needed to become and maintain self-suffiiciency as its President for 8 years.
