Kundalini Master Class
Synergy Yoga Center – Kundalini Master Class Saturday Nov. 18th, 9:30-11am with Katherine Saer Liv Shanti This class will be a combination of Meditation, Mantra, Kriyas and Pranayama that when practiced raises the kundalini energy within the individual. This raised energy is a divine union of the individual with the infinite universal consciousness, this results in recognizing, understanding and expanding one’s awareness. Kundalini Yoga is a Raja Yoga, a royal yoga of the kings and brahmins, it was kept and taught in secret for the last three millennia, until 1969 when Yogi Bhajan was guided to come to the West and openly teach these sacred ancient techniques. The techniques can be traced back to at least 7000 B.C.E. when it was practiced by rishis around the Indus Valley. Kundalini Yoga comes from a legacy, and has been delivered to us by The Golden Chain, the ongoing lineage of teacher to student. Some of the important teachers in this chain are Guru Ram Dass and Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga helps one live in their full potential by having a clearer thought process, the ability to listen clearly, the inner strength and stillness to endure and overcome the challenges of life, a heightened intuitive sense and a deeper understanding through compassion. Cost: $25 in adv // $35 at the door $20 for yoga teacher $10 for Synergy members About Katherine Katherine holds a KRI certification, and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2015. Known as The Detox Gal, she offers Detox Consultations for body, mind, and spirit. After being diagnosed with 9 autoimmune diseases, she sought out alternative methods, including Kundalini Yoga, and completely healed. Now on a mission to help uplift, inspire, and heal others, Katherine is melding the ancient wisdom of the yogis with contemporary and alternative healing modalities for a fusion approach to heal the mind, body, and spirit.
