Northwest Sportscards Game Center – The Ixalan Prerelease is upon us! Players of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to join us for a weekend full of fun. Each "Ixalan" Prerelease kit includes 6 Ixalan booster packs, 1 randomized promo card, and 1 Spindown life counter. Prizes will be awarded to any player or Two Headed Giant team with a record of 2-2 or better. There will also be drawings for random prizes throughout the weekend. Intro to Floor Loom Weaving
Arbutus Folk School – Class Description: In this class, students will learn basic weaving techniques using both stick and boat shuttles on pre-warped looms. They will also learn the parts of a loom and how they work, weaving language, how to read weaving drafts, wind a bobbin and stick shuttle, throw a shuttle, maintain an even weaving beat, keep neat selvedges and finish their completed projects. Students will take home a minimum of 4 completed handwoven pieces. Experienced students are welcome too! Introduction to Blacksmithing
Arbutus Folk School – This is an introduction to blacksmithing class. Students will make nails, decorative leaves or BBQ skewers to take home. Students will be introduced to tools and basic techniques. This class will provide the experience needed for more advanced upcoming classes, such as Forge Building, Hand-Forged Hardware, Tool Making, Chest Hardware, Open-Project Forge, and Traditional Joinery. Students who have already taken the class are welcome and can work on previous projects or select from a few more advanced projects. Students must wear durable, close-toed shoes and long pants. The class will have a 30 minute lunch break. Students are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. IMPORTANT UPDATE: Blacksmithing classes are now being held at Kelly’s studio. The address is 6305 Rich Rd. Infant Massage Class
blooming kids – Infant massage has been shown to help aid in digestion, improve sleep habits, and promote relaxation in babies. It also creates a strong emotional bonding moment with their caregiver. Come and learn how to perform infant massage on your little one. This will be a small class of six. Each family will also receive a book to take home so you can always refer back for guidance. Music to Celebrate, Inspire, and Transform
Center for Spiritual Living Tacoma – Healing Music, Celtic Song and Chants from Around the World Mount Shasta keyboardist, harmonica and tabla player Anton Mizerak and singer Laura Berryhill will present an evening of Celtic songs, transformational healing music and chants from around the world. Anton Mizerak and Laura Berryhill live in Mount Shasta. Since 2010 they have toured extensively as a duo, performing to acclaim at over 450 venues throughout the Western states and performing at their own venue on Mount Shasta. Anton writes his music in nature, believing that our organic experience of sun, wind, water, snow and earth, transmitted through music, can be a valuable nurturing and healing experience.

Puget Sound Estuarium – **PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED** due to the limited capacity of the dock Come discover the mysterious animals that live below the pier at Boston Harbor Marina at night! Underwater lights that attract spectacular estuary creatures for you to safely scoop up and observe, while our volunteer naturalists help you identify and learn more about what you’ve found. Pier Peer is one of our most popular events and space is limited!
