Mindful Morning Yoga: 8 Week Series
Nu Movement – Mindful Morning Yoga: 8 Week Series Time: 8:30am - 9:45am Saturdays {November 11th - December 30th} Cost: $80 for full 8 weeks / $12 drop in Signup Online: https://numvmnt.com/signup/mindful-morning-yoga-8-week-series Mindfulness and yoga practice are scientifically proven to benefit our health and enhance the quality of our lives. This series with Holly Rizzo integrates mindfulness and yoga into one practice designed to promote the connection of body and mind through movement. Incorporating breathing techniques, basic yoga postures and self inquiry, students are empowered to deepen their experience in their bodies. Many students say they take yoga classes to escape the stress of life and not think. This class expands on this in a way that translates to daily life. By inviting the mind to take a back seat and bringing focus to being in the body, a whole new perspective becomes available. A new way of being with ourselves in yoga practice and in our daily lives. This class is for every body; beginner, novice and experienced yogis are welcome. Yoga poses are simply structured in safety and sweating isn't common in this class. Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a note book and pen, in case you want to journal after class.
