Yoga for Back Pain
Green Lotus Yoga & Healing - Mendota Heights – Maureen was inspired to start teaching this workshop after using yoga to recover from, and manage, debilitating back and neck pain resulting from bulging discs, stenosis, nerve impingements, and arthritis. If you suffer from back pain, this is something you can do to help ease it. Learn a specific set of modified yoga poses that can help and how to make the most out of group classes. Receive a handout for your home practice, ask questions, and more. Students will practice yoga on the mat for the duration of the class, so it is recommended that they are able to get down onto, and up from, the floor. We also recommend that students get clearance from their physician to participate in an all-level gentle yoga class. $35
