There are so many types of waves, and the Navy has to deal with them all the time. Project complexity will vary. DIY Z Car Focus at BMW of Sterling
National Capital Chapter - BMW Car Club of America – Do It Yourself (DIY) Program Overview The Do It Yourself (DIY) program allows National Capital Chapter (NCC) BMW Car Club of America (CCA) Members to work on their own cars under the supervision of expert mechanics and technicians provided by the DIY Sponsor. The purpose of the DIY is to learn and practice proper maintenance and repair techniques that you can routinely complete within a two-and-one-half-hour (2.5 hour) time period. There are typically several NCC members who can assist you when an extra pair of hands or advice is needed. We are happy to show newcomers the joys of working on your own car. History Tour: Medal of Honor Day
Arlington National Cemetery – Arlington National Cemetery continues its free, guided history tours with a #MedalOfHonor history tour scheduled for Saturday, March 25, beginning at 11 a.m. at the Arlington National Cemetery Welcome Center. The Medal of Honor is the highest award for valor that can be bestowed upon an individual serving in the Armed Services of the United States. This special tour commemorates National Medal of Honor Day and will focus on some of the more than 400 Medal of Honor recipients buried at Arlington National Cemetery. City Dogs Rescue & City Kitties – The Studio Mini-Sessions are back! REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 3RD! All the focus will be on your pet as they strike a pose on our hip white background. 100% of the $35 session fee goes directly to help City Dogs Rescue save dogs and cats throughout the Southeast! Each session will last approximately 10 minutes – one pet per time slot. Prints, panels and mini-session product packages will be available a la carte. So far these events have raised $2400 for animals in need. :)

HUAC GWDC Sesquicentennial Art Raffle
Howard University Alumni Club (HUAC) of Greater Washington DC – HUAC-GWDC continues its more than 50-year tradition of supporting the University's mission, encouraging Howard University Students, and serving the greater Washington D.C. community. We are excited to offer an opportunity to win a limited edition artwork by renowned artist Charly Palmer (http://www.charlypalmer.com). Mr. Palmer has a gift for depicting special moments in history. He has produced commemorative pieces celebrating the Brown v. Board of Education decision, the Winter and Summer Olympics, the Little Rock 9, Omega Psi Phi, and Fisk University. Howard University commissioned Mr. Palmer to produce a unique piece of art commemorating Howard's 150 year history. All the proceeds from the raffle will benefit deserving students.
