Singin' in the Rain, Jr.
Waco Civic Theatre – Singin' in the Rain Jr. has all the makings of a Tinseltown tabloid headline – the starlet, the leading man and a love affair that could change lives and make or break careers! In silent movies, Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont are a hot item, but behind the scenes, things aren't always as they appear on the big screen! Meanwhile, Lina's squeaky voice might be the end of her career in "talking pictures" without the help of a talented young actress to do the talking and singing for her. Showtimes: Thurs., July 27, at 7 p.m. Fri., July 28, at 7 p.m. Sat., July 29, at 7 p.m. Sun., July 30, at 2 p.m. Performances are at Waco Civic Theatre, 1517 Lake Air Dr. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students, seniors, and military, and can be purchased online through the link provided or through calling or stopping by the box office (254-776-1591).
